At Rasavarna, we take great care in preparing every saree for its journey to you. Each piece is carefully inspected, folded, and packaged to ensure it reaches you safely and in the same condition in which it leaves our hands.

• We provide free shipping across India for orders above ₹4,999.
• All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Shipping charges, wherever applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
• Customers are requested to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address and PIN code at the time of placing the order. Rasavarna will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
• Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure that all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through your registered email or phone number.
• Shipping charges, wherever applicable, may vary depending on the order value, destination, basket size, or package weight.
• Additional packaging charges may apply for unusually large or voluminous orders to ensure that all products are packed and delivered safely.
• Rasavarna is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, courier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

• We ship Rasavarna products internationally to select countries.
• Free international shipping is available on orders valued at ₹39,999 and above, subject to the applicable shipping conditions.
• For orders below ₹39,999, international shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and shipment details.
• Oversized packaging charges may apply depending on the number of products and total shipment weight.
• Shipping and handling charges will be communicated at checkout before payment is completed.
• International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import duties, VAT, or local taxes, which vary depending on the destination country.
• The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
• Such charges may be collected directly by the courier or customs authorities before or at the time of delivery.
• Rasavarna will fulfil the shipment in accordance with applicable export requirements from India. The customer is responsible for complying with the import regulations of their destination country.
• If an international shipment is held or rejected by customs due to reasons attributable to the customer or destination-country regulations, any applicable return shipping, customs, duties, or other charges may be deducted from the refundable order amount, where a refund is applicable.
• Rasavarna is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, unforeseen circumstances, courier disruptions, or incorrect delivery information.

• Shipping charges, wherever applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and PIN code.
• The billing address and shipping address may be different, but the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
• Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.
• International customers are responsible for applicable VAT, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes imposed by their destination country.
• Such international charges are separate from the product and shipping amount paid to Rasavarna and vary according to local regulations.

• Rasavarna is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect address details, customs clearance, courier delays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are advised to check their country's import regulations before placing an order. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges applicable to the shipment will be borne by the customer.
